Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Flow Engineer to lead design, development, and optimization of warehouse operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

You will drive end-to-end warehouse layout design, material flow, automation systems, and supply chain integration with MES/WMS and PLCs. Strong hands-on automation experience with AGVs, AMRs, conveyors, ASRS, and robotics is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in warehouse engineering or material flow engineering.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, and ASRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and material flow design from concept through implementation.
• Design layouts, buffer planning, lineside delivery, and storage for finished goods.
• Perform throughput analyses, capacity modeling, and aisle sizing.
• Select and implement AGV/AMR, conveyors, ASRS, and robotic handling systems.
• Collaborate with MES, WMS, PLC, Controls and Facilities teams.
