Job summary

The Boeing Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Lead Project Management Specialist- Material Capacity Integration to drive cross-functional material readiness and integration for the PAC-3 program.

The role leads complex projects from initiation through execution, coordinates with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and suppliers, and ensures on-time, on-budget material delivery for production milestones while maintaining compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• This position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience with RIO in project planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead material integration projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and suppliers to ensure material availability and readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; drive corrective actions and escalation as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate status, impacts, and action plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management for material requirements, shortages, substitutions, and production impacts.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in material integration processes and project execution practices.
