Job summary

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (or eligible).
• Ability to obtain program access with U.S. citizenship only.
• Experience leading teams or projects to successful completion.
• Experience managing complex multi‑organizational program execution.
• Experience in technical product or program management.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to assess programmatic impacts of challenges, issues and changes; support the Program Manager with recommendations and plans.
• Identify and communicate gaps in program resources and plans.
• Lead PMBP efforts and analyze program performance metrics for data‑driven decisions and status reporting.
• Ensure IPT is aligned to the IMS and maintain IMS for multiple development programs.
• Ensure compliance with security and programmatic requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
