The Boeing Company in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Lead or Senior Responsible Engineer to drive the Seeker Integrated Product Team for the PAC-3 program. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure design and manufacturing excellence, meeting performance, reliability, and safety requirements of the Seeker subsystem and circuit card assemblies within PAC-3 RF Seeker.

As technical authority, you will oversee development, design, production, and test, guide product definition, and

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Experience with program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Engineering experience on development and production programs.
• Experience mentoring early career engineers.
• Fundamental knowledge of radar systems or seeker architectures.

Mansioni

• Establish proactive technical oversight and risk management.
• Lead requirement, function, and interface development for the PAC-3 Seeker.
• Oversee design during development, production, and sustainment changes.
• Present data at Design Reviews, Acceptance/Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews.
• Guide technical path for product definition and execution.
• Drive IPT to System Integration and coordination with program staff.
• Accountable to IPT Lead, IAMD CE and program CEs.
• Provide technical authority over Seeker development, design, production, and test.
