The Boeing Company in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks an Associate Project Management Specialist to translate contract requirements into executable manufacturing plans for the PAC-3 program. You will drive schedules, cost performance, and cross-functional collaboration with the customer and U.S.

Army to ensure production readiness. Responsibilities include project planning, progress tracking, documentation, and executive updates.

Competenze

• Must be able to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
• 1+ years of experience in program or project management
• 1+ years of experience managing projects with standard PM tools
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis to management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with RIO in project planning
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment
• Internship, co-op, or academic project in project management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; active within past 24 months)

• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and executive updates
