Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to support the Masters Tournament by delivering warm, professional service at the Guest Services Front Desk. You will greet members, players, caddies and patrons, coordinate hospitality services, and ensure Club standards are met.

This role requires the ability to work in varying conditions, handle calls and correspondence, manage a cash box, and maintain discretion and integrity while assisting patrons and visitors.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinates hospitality services for Berckmans Place patrons, including transportation, hotel reservations, dining reservations, Business Center requests, and other services as requested.
• Receives and routes calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Receives, routes and/or sends correspondence for Berckmans Place patrons logging activity in accordance with established procedures.
• Manages cash box, distributes and reconciles money and records receipts.
• Maintains personal items for Berckmans Place patrons use.
