Job summary

The Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club is seeking friendly sales associates to greet members, players, caddies and patrons and to assist with product selection and benefits. You’ll work as part of a world-class team, delivering memorable service at the famed Masters experience.

Positions involve assisting guests in choosing items, answering questions and directing customers to product locations.

Qualifications

Prior sales experience is preferred.
Effective communication with patrons.
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain or other conditions.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Demonstrates integrity and sincere customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Offers sales assistance to patrons by communicating specific benefits and features of products.
Assists patrons with size selection, providing options for consideration.
Asks questions to improve the Masters experience and show concern for patron needs.
Answers patron questions with appropriate answers.
Learns product locations within the Golf Shop to direct patrons accordingly.
Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
