The Guest Relations Agent is primarily responsible for performing daily operations of the Guest Services Front Desk, ensuring all service meets Club standards.

Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job
  • Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinates hospitality services for Berckmans Place patrons, including but not limited to, transportation, hotel reservations, dining reservations, Business Center requests, and other services as requested.
  • Receives and routes calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receives, routes and/or sends correspondence for Berckmans Place patrons logging activity in accordance with established procedures.
  • Manages cash box, distributes and reconciles money and records receipts.
  • Maintains personal items for Berckmans Place patrons use.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains a clean and organized work space.
  • Implements appropriate procedure for emergency situations such as inclement weather, 911 calls, fire alarms, evacuations, First Responder calls and received phone threats.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
  • Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
  • Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
  • Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
Qualifications (required unless stated otherwise)
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
  • Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.
