Responsibilities

• Greets and directs members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Offers sales assistance by communicating product benefits and features.
• Assists patrons with size selection and options.
• Asks questions to improve the Masters experience.
• Answers patron questions with appropriate responses.
• Learns Golf Shop locations to direct patrons efficiently.
