Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Minnesota is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products. You will deliver high‑quality treatments, support the Experience Manager and ASM, drive service and retail sales, and maintain a welcoming salon atmosphere.

This role requires a cosmetology license, previous salon experience, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions and makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and retail by delivering exceptional guest service and loyalty.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and salon cleanliness.
