Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, and makeup.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events and promotions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain attendance and comply with procedures.
