Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend services and products. You will deliver quality services with emphasis on guest total look and support the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, people, and process.

A passion for the beauty industry and strong guest service are essential. The role requires a cosmetology license and prior relevant experience, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Cosmetology license is required.
Previous relevant work experience is required.
Proficiency in current salon techniques and services.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms and keratin treatments.
Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales targets.
Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
Support in-store events, promotions and guest experience initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise guests.
Maintain attendance and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
