Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, and makeup services.
• Ability to develop skills across service categories and build client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and extensions where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures; ensure compliance with state guidelines.
• Build and maintain guest relationships and coordinate with skin therapists and retail team.
