Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high‑quality services, including design, color, texture, and treatments. You will drive service sales and contribute to achieving the store’s retail and guest‑experience goals.

This role requires a cosmetology license, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in hair design, color, texture, and styling.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goal of weekly service sales and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
