Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and shrink goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
