Ulta Beauty in Saint Paul is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look and supports the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, people, and process.

We seek a passionate beauty professional with a cosmetology license and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with current salon techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions and makeup.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services and share knowledge with guests.
• Maintain attendance and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
