Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver high-quality services focusing on the guest’s total look while supporting store goals and collaborating with the Experience Manager and ASM.

The role requires a cosmetology license, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge and effective selling strategies. Flexible schedule expected including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of hair services: design, cuts, color, textures, styling, updos, extensions, and makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
