Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Senior Planner, Master Scheduling in Piscataway, NJ to drive the 12-month production plan across manufacturing assets, balancing demand, supply, and inventory. You will translate demand into detailed schedules and partner with MSL, UP and IL to maintain schedule integrity.

The role requires a 4-year business or supply chain degree, 3+ years of manufacturing planning experience, and strong PC skills. The position offers a hybrid work policy and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business or Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 3+ years management experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility (cosmetics preferred).
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheets, pivot tables, presentations, graphics software and database management.

Responsibilities

• Translate final time-phased production plan into a detailed 12-month schedule for each asset.
• Maintain and communicate schedule across the supply chain.
• Implement schedule policies to ensure supply stability and responsiveness (safety stock).
• Communicate supply issues, deviations and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Measure production-to-schedule performance and schedule stability.
• Interface with MSL, UP and IL.
