L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Planner, MSC in El Segundo, CA to manage manufacturing activities for contract manufacturers and ensure adherence to the monthly production plan. You will coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to improve agility and service levels.

The role emphasizes catalog management, launch support, and data master maintenance, with a focus on reformulation timelines and risk mitigation. A relevant degree and 2–3 years in manufacturing are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or supply chain preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility; cosmetics industry preferred.
• APICS, CIPM, or NAPM, CPM certification preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing activities for full buy with contract manufacturers.
• Ensure CM adherence to monthly production plan and inventory control.
• Drive performance improvements and agility with CMs to maintain service levels.
• Monitor catalog priority, launch milestones, and tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and QA for smooth operations.
