L’Oréal is seeking a Senior Planner, Master Scheduling in Piscataway, NJ to drive the 12-month production plan across manufacturing assets, balancing demand, supply, and inventory. You will translate demand into detailed schedules and partner with MSL, UP and IL to maintain schedule integrity.
The role requires a 4-year business or supply chain degree, 3+ years of manufacturing planning experience, and strong PC skills. The position offers a hybrid work policy and competitive benefits.

Develop optimized monthly plant production plan through the implementation of L’Oréal scheduling methodology, while considering 12 month sales demand, component supply bottlenecks, inventory requirements, asset/labor utilization.
