Job summary

Bentley Laboratories, a THG Beauty contract manufacturer in Edison, NJ, seeks an Operations Master Scheduler to lead medium- and long-term production planning, balancing demand, capacity, and material availability to meet customer needs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Compounding, Production, Quality, and Operations to translate priorities into an actionable manufacturing plan, with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or related field.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Experience developing master production schedules.
• Strong capacity planning and production workflows knowledge.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Maintain a rolling 8–12+ week production outlook.
• Translate customer demand into achievable production plans.
• Assess capacity across production equipment, labor, warehouse space, quality requirements, and material availability.
• Identify and proactively address capacity constraints, bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and resource gaps.
• Lead scheduling review meetings and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure schedule accuracy and integrity of planning data for decision-making.
