Job summary

DuPont is seeking a highly motivated Master Scheduler to join the Cyrel Supply Chain team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role owns the Master Production Schedule for the Cyrel Parlin site, translating demand into executable production and inventory plans while balancing service, inventory, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in supply planning or master scheduling.
• Experience with SAP, OMP, APO or similar planning tools.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with PowerBI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule for the Cyrel Parlin site.
• Translate demand into actionable production and inventory plans while balancing service and cost.
• Evaluate capacity, labor, equipment, and material availability to support production requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks; coordinate mitigations with manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
• Lead scenario analyses and support capacity utilization planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data accuracy.
