Job summary

Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler in Union, NJ to develop and maintain the master production schedule.

You will balance demand, capacity, and materials while coordinating with sales, procurement, and engineering to ensure on-time delivery and cost effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, and excellent communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, JobBOSS).
APICS/CPIM certification desirable.
Experience in manufacturing environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand, forecasts, orders, inventory, and capacity.
Analyze material availability, capacity, and lead times to ensure feasibility.
Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and engineering to align priorities.
Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and improve on-time delivery.
Communicate production priorities and changes to cross-functional teams daily or weekly.
Drive continuous improvement in scheduling accuracy and efficiency through KPIs.
Balance inventory, throughput, and customer satisfaction; coordinate with procurement.
Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and support new product introductions and changes.
