Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a Scheduling Call Center professional in Missouri to respond to patient calls, register demographics and insurance, and schedule appointments. The role emphasizes managing patient flow and maintaining scheduling guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will support Master Scheduling, referrals, and template management, collaborating with providers and managers to optimize access and productivity. Prior experience with EPIC scheduling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Responds to phone calls and schedules appointments per call center procedures.
• Experience with EPIC scheduling preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates system build, testing, workflow analysis, training, onsite support, provider template and protocol management.
• Creates master scheduling templates for new and existing providers. Makes changes to optimize patient access and provider productivity.
• Works various call/referral lists, and provides coverage of Patient Scheduling, as needed.
• Maintains guidelines for Patient Scheduling, Master Scheduling and Referral.
• Other duties as assigned.
