Job summary

KLA Industries in Windber, PA is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the site’s Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demand with factory capacity and material availability to maximize on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional planning meetings, optimize high-mix electronic assemblies, and ensure data integrity in the ERP system, with strong Excel skills and APICS CPIM/CSCP being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 4–6+ years in production scheduling in manufacturing (EMS/PCBA preferred).
• Advanced ERP/MRP and Excel skills.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Create and optimize the Master Production Schedule for high-mix electronic assemblies.
• Capacity Planning: Analyze labor, machinery, and tooling constraints to identify bottlenecks and balance production.
• Material Alignment: Ensure component availability aligns with the schedule with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Lead planning meetings with Program Management, Production Leads, and Warehouse operations.
• Data Integrity: Manage ERP data, lead times, BOMs, routing timelines, and system parameters.
