Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Scheduling Logistics & Customer Service Specialist in Maryland. You will coordinate daily service routes and partner with service and call center teams to ensure timely, efficient customer service.

You will use data to optimize routing and communicate across departments to resolve issues as schedules change. The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and strong communication, with Excel and MS Office proficiency and a readiness to learn new systems; industry experience
