Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Program Master Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule and master production plan across Test, Production, Development, and Repairs. You will translate milestones into resource-loaded schedules and collaborate with PM, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility.

You will lead critical path analyses, SRA, and what-if modeling while driving data-driven improvements across engines programs. A strong scripting capability and U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 5+ years in master scheduling or production planning in aerospace/manufacturing.
  • Experience building and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, including resource loading and critical path management.
  • Ability to develop or script custom software tools to support scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and ability to influence without authority.
  • US citizen, permanent resident, or eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and master production plan spanning Test, Production, Development, and Repairs.
  • Translate program milestones and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) into resource-loaded, executable schedules with clear critical paths.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test, and Quality to synchronize inputs and drive schedule feasibility.
  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis (SRA), and what-if scenario modeling to identify and mitigate bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
  • Balance supply and demand across build, test, development, and repair workflows - optimizing capacity, labor, tooling, test assets, and long-lead materials.
  • Establish and track schedule performance metrics; report status, variances, and recovery plans to program leadership.
  • Continuously update schedules to reflect engineering changes, material availability, and production progress.
  • Develop and improve scheduling software tools and automation to enhance data integrity, reporting, and cross-program visibility.
  • Champion scheduling best practices, standards, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the engine portfolio.
