Blue Origin Huntsville is seeking a Program Master Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule and master production plan across test, production, and development for propulsion programs.

The role requires 5+ years in master scheduling within aerospace/manufacturing, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and hands-on experience with MS Project/Smartsheet; strong cross-functional collaboration; US citizenship or eligible status; relocation and travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of master scheduling, program planning, or production planning in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet.
• Experience building Integrated Master Schedules with resource loading and critical path management.
• Ability to develop or script scheduling tools (e.g., Python, SQL) to support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and master production plan across Test, Production, Development, and Repairs.
• Translate program milestones into resource-loaded, executable schedules with clear critical paths.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test, and Quality to synchronize inputs.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis to mitigate bottlenecks before delivery.
• Balance capacity, labor, tooling, and long-lead materials across workflows; report variances and recovery plans.
• Develop and improve scheduling tools and automation for data integrity and cross-program visibility.
