Job summary

University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a Master’s Program Coordinator in the School of Engineering and Applied Science. The role supports the EE Master’s and SE Master’s programs, advising students, managing admissions, onboarding, and fostering student/alumni engagement.

The Coordinator will work with Faculty Directors and the Master’s Program Manager to ensure smooth operations and transparent processes for NSO, advisement, and graduate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions for EE Master’s and SE Master’s; process initial applicant reviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate speakers, handouts, slides, and NSO materials for new students.
• Advise EE/SE Master’s students on academic options, course requirements, and degree audits.
