University of Pennsylvania seeks a Master’s Program Coordinator for Electrical and Systems Engineering to support EE/SE Master’s programs and students. You will advise, assist admissions, onboarding, and student development, working with faculty and the Master’s Program Manager to ensure smooth operations.

You will coordinate NSOs, organize events, and maintain program information; you will help foster alumni connections and promote student success across the department.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Google Suite.
• Previous experience in advising and leadership development preferred. Experience in higher education and international affairs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Admissions: support EE Master’s and SE Master’s admissions; process applicant reviews and onboarding.
• Recruitment: develop recruitment methods and channels to address prospective student questions.
• Student Advising: advise on academic options, course requirements and program policies; assist with degree audits and ceremonies.
• Transparency & Process: improve documentation, data collection, and communication for transparency.
• Student Leadership & Industry: plan events and connect students with staff, faculty and alumni; foster industry relations.
