Job summary

The Justice Resource Institute Inc. at the Butler Center in Massachusetts seeks a Master’s Level Clinician/Therapist to join a dynamic residential treatment team serving youth aged 12–21 in a secure setting.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop tailored treatment plans, and document progress in the DYS EMR. The role includes supervision support and license-licensing pathways; Sunday-Thursday schedule with one evening required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline such as Social Work and/or Psychology or PhD/PsyD in APA approved psychology program.
• Must currently hold, or be eligible for LMHC or LCSW/LICSW in Massachusetts; licensed candidates preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and state/federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of five to eight residents.
• Develop individually tailored treatment plans and document progress using the DYS EMR.
• Facilitate groups on topics including substance abuse treatment, DBT, and violence prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team; clinical supervision is provided; licensure support.
