Job summary

Justice Resource Institute in Concord, MA, is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician/Therapist for Walden Street School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage a caseload within a trauma-informed program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or eligible to sit for licensure.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students.
• Develop innovative and individualized treatment plans to support students’ clinical goals.
• Manage a caseload of students and help them develop life skills.
