Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Experience with residential care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a dynamic team working with youth.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Manage a caseload of students developing life skills.

Skills

Clinical experience with adolescents

Familiarity with DBT, CBT, ARC

Ability to develop treatment plans

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

Tools

Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
