Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking a Residential Supervisor for the Merrimack Center to lead a dedicated team and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for adolescent students. You will work to uphold trauma-informed care, supervise staff, and coordinate on-site programming with an on-site school and clinical team.

You will oversee safety, staff development, and compliance with center policies, while engaging with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in mental health facility required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license is required for transporting students.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and ensure program safety and compliance on site.
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Ensure safety and well-being of students and coordinate on-call coverage.
• Apply policies and procedures of Merrimack Center’s Residential Department.
