Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is looking for a Master’s Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with youth and families facing behavioral and emotional challenges.

The position provides a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 per year, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and appropriate clinical licensure.

Flexible scheduling is available, with evening hours a possibility and an emphasis on community-based therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based services like family therapy and case management.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Create interventions to enhance family support for youth.

Skills

Clinical experience with children and adolescents
