Job summary

Justice Resource Institute (JRI) supports the Department of Youth Services (DYS) by placing qualified Clinicians in their Northeast, Central and Southeast programs. This Clinical position is based in a DYS Revocation Program in Middleton, MA, serving male youths ages 12-21 within the juvenile justice system.

The Clinician will work with the management team to provide a stable, supportive environment, identify unit behavioral treatment plans for each youth, and collaborate with DYS and other

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a clinical discipline (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology).
• LMHC/LCSW/LICSW in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with adolescents and their families; crisis stabilization knowledge; CBT/DBT awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a stable, supportive environment for youths in a secure program.
• Identify unit behavioral treatment plans for each youth and work with the management team.
• Coordinate with DYS and other agencies; supervision and licensure support provided.
