Justice Resource Institute (JRI) seeks a Master's level Clinician/Therapist for its Revocation Program in Middleton, MA. This on-site clinical role serves male youths ages 12-21 within the Department of Youth Services system.

You will collaborate with the management team to maintain a stable, supportive unit and develop individualized behavioral plans. Licensure support, supervision, and a $550 training stipend accompany the position; bilingual candidates receive a $1,000 raise.

Formación

• Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Massachusetts LMHC or LICSW eligibility; licensed candidates preferred.
• Experience with adolescents and families; crisis stabilization knowledge.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends; driving record and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement unit behavioral treatment plans for each youth.
• Provide clinical supervision and participate in licensure-supported training.
