Qualifications

• Active Illinois Plumbing License / Contractor Registration required.
• Senior Master Plumber with leadership experience in field service.
• Ability to balance field work with office/administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and utilize your active Illinois Plumbing license for company operations.
• Perform expert field service work (60%) with diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
• Assist with field reporting, scheduling optimization, and dispatch support (20–30%).
• Provide technical leadership, training, and safety oversight to technicians.
• Address high-level customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
• Enforce plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies at job sites.
