Minto Communities USA seeks a Land Development Manager for Waxahachie, TX. The role leads land and infrastructure development for a large, master‑planned community, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver infrastructure and residential lots on schedule and within budget.

The candidate will manage entry features, parks, and amenities, while ensuring compliance with municipal requirements and quality standards, to support sales and long-term community growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–8 years in residential land development or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale residential infrastructure and multiple concurrent phases.
• Experience working with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Texas master-planned communities and utility district experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day land development operations for a long-term, multi‑phase master‑planned community.
• Coordinate roads, utilities, and landscape infrastructure to support homebuilding operations.
• Review civil engineering plans, permits, and contracts to ensure compliance with standards.
