Qualifications

• 12-20+ years of progressive land development engineering experience.
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong credibility with North Texas developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Experience in business development and growing a regional practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership presence, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction,vision, and growth of the DFW Land Development practice.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with North Texas developers, landowners, municipalities, and reviewing agencies.
• Proactivelyidentifynew business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies for major development projects.
• Oversee the execution of large-scale, multi-disciplinary land development projects with strong project controls and financial performance
• Ensure predictable project outcomes through effective scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams to support long-term practice growth
• Mentor staff and promote a collaborative, learning-focused environment that supports career development
• Drive operational excellence, resource planning and compliance with company standards and industry regulations
