Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to lead planning, design and execution of complex land development and infrastructure projects in North Texas. This role targets licensed civil engineers who thrive in collaboration and client-focused delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple teams, meetings with clients, field activities, and ensuring quality, schedules, and budgets while developing scopes and proposals to support negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of civil design experience focused on land development and municipal infrastructure.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• Knowledge of city, county, and utility project standards, permitting processes, and design regulations.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design multiple land development projects, coordinating with public and private clients.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across different stages.
• Participate in client design meetings and nurture strong client relationships.
• Perform and coordinate field activities such as inspections and site reviews.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring quality, schedules, and budget adherence.
• Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and proposals for contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior staff to sustain and grow client relationships and business development.
