Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum of 3).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• On-site role in Charlotte, NC; OEM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex auto repairs, including warranty work, on varied makes/models.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhaust, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and onboard computer systems.
• Mentor junior technicians as a Master Mechanic and share best practices.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, reliable and ready for customers.
