Avis Budget Group is hiring a Master Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of makes and models. You will handle standard and complex repairs, including warranty work, to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable for customers.

The role emphasizes working on newer vehicles, applying your ASE certifications, and serving as a technical resource to peers in a busy shop environment. On-site position with benefits and retention bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum 3), with ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.
• Must have a complete set of tools for automotive repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs, including warranty work, on a wide range of vehicle makes and models with minimal technical supervision.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning, and onboard computer systems.
• Work on a diverse fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands and technologies; serve as a technical resource for other technicians.
