Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring an experienced Master Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately the first time. You will service a diverse fleet and provide guidance to fellow technicians to maintain shop performance.

The role requires strong ASE certification knowledge, a complete tool set, and the ability to work on-site in Hawaii. A retention bonus and benefits support reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Strong knowledge across ASE certification areas (Engine Repair, Drivetrain, Brakes, Electrical, A/C).
• Must have a complete set of tools for automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex auto repairs, including warranty work, on a wide range of makes and models.
• Work on a diverse fleet of newer vehicles across brands; assist others as a technical resource.
• Ensure vehicle safety, reliability and availability for customers.
