Collaborative Support Programs of NJ seeks a Master Level Supervisor to oversee mobile crisis outreach teams (MCORT) in Union County. The role involves crisis decision making, staff development, and reviewing care plans to ensure clinically supported treatment.
The position requires a Master’s in a mental health field, NJ driver’s license, and supervisory experience. Part-time 30 hours weekly with medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO and holidays.
The Master Level Supervisor will oversee the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT) in Union county. The team will consist of Peer Support Specialists & Bachelor's Level Crisis Counselors. This position involves progress note review, crisis response decision making, technical assistance provision, and continuous staff development.
MCORT provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Calls are dispatched through the 988 Suicide Crisis Lifeline Call Center. Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams will be available to help individuals de-escalate their crisis and access needed resources.
