Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field with active clinical license.
• Two years of post-master's, full-time equivalent experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide remote clinical backup and supervision.
• Review and sign off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for QA purposes.
• Manage and supervise direct care staff, including scheduling and addressing performance issues.
