Job summary

Cox Fleet in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Master-level Technician to perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on fleet vehicles with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You may work independently or in a team, using advanced diagnostics to ensure high-quality results.

Maintain vehicle history, coordinate parts with vendors, and handle up-fit tasks as needed. ASE credentials are preferred; strong safety and customer-service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–7 years in a related field.
• Master ASE certification preferred; ongoing training required.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain CDL if required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• DOT/CDL knowledge and multi-application repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
• Interact with customers with professional service and integrity.
• Maintain vehicle history and maintenance records; up-fit as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and repairs; provide roadside support as needed.
• Repair and up-fit vehicles, including heavy-duty components and electrical systems.
• Work independently or in a team; adhere to safety standards.
