Wind Creek Chicago is seeking a Maintenance Tech III – Master Electrician to perform preventative maintenance and repair of electrical systems across the property. This journeyman level role includes testing, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior electricians to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The role requires a valid Master/ Journeyman Electrician license, five years of commercial maintenance or electrical construction experience, and readiness to work odd hours and travel if needed.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required by City Electrical Contractors Board.

Responsabilidades

• Complies with safety standards and procedures and maintains a clean work area.
• May act as Foreman on shift when needed.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on electrical systems for safety and functionality.
• Install, repair, and service electrical systems; assist during emergencies.
• Generate work orders and procure parts as needed.
• Read blueprints and use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
