Job summary

Wind Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventative maintenance and repair on building systems, mechanical equipment, and utilities. This Journeyman-level role requires inspecting, testing, and adjusting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The position supports a dynamic guest experience in a live entertainment environment and involves interacting with a variety of building infrastructure tasks, from routine servicing to emergency

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled in GED program.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have valid state driver's license.
• Must have at least two maintenance certificates or a valid trade/technical license.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician with IBEW or equivalent maintenance credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair on buildings and mechanical systems.
• Repairs or replaces defective equipment and wiring.
• Tests electrical circuits for continuity with electrical test equipment.
• Inspects systems to verify compliance with plans and specs.
• Keeps records of faults, time and materials on work orders.
• Operates and calibrates heating/cooling controls and related systems.
• Assists with renovation/remodeling and various maintenance tasks as needed.
• May operate computer-controlled building systems and respond to alarms.
