Job summary

Wind Creek Montgomery is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance on building systems, mechanical equipment and utilities. This journeyman-level role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related disciplines in a casino/hospitality environment.

The technician will inspect, test, and repair equipment, prepare work orders, and respond to emergencies as needed while supporting renovations and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years general commercial property maintenance experience.
• Must have at least three (3) years general commercial property maintenance experience.
• Must have good hearing and eyesight.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring and test electrical circuits.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance and locate malfunctions.
• Respond to emergencies as required and assist with renovations or remodeling as needed.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance and complete work orders.
